In the AI Era, the Human Job Is to Decide the Structure

In the AI era, the human role is not disappearing.

It is becoming clearer. Humans decide the structure.

AI is strong at producing

AI can write, summarize, code, and generate options quickly.

But speed does not decide what matters.

Structure comes before output

Someone has to decide the reader, the order, the finish line, and what not to include.

That is structure.

Without it, AI produces more material but not necessarily better work.

The human value

The value is in choosing the frame.

Once the frame is good, AI becomes much more useful.

My rule

Do not start by asking AI to make something. Start by deciding the structure of the thing you want.
