The goal is not to create a perfect design bible.
The goal is to answer the questions that prevent obvious mismatch.
Who is it for? What should it feel like? What should it not do? What elements matter most?
AI needs boundaries before styling
If AI starts designing without boundaries, it often adds decoration instead of solving the workflow.
A short DESIGN.md gives it a place to stand.
My rule
Before asking for a screen design, decide the experience in words. Then let the visual work begin.
